Jan. 20, 2012 - Outreach Info Session
Hey everyone! If you're considering joining us on our summer 2012 Outreach Trip to Cerro del Padre, Nicaragua, there will be an info session this Sunday, February 22nd at 11:00am at U Ottawa's Morisset Library. Come speak to our wonderful Outreach Coordinator, Kafia, and bring any questions you may have with you!

Sep. 19, 2011 - New School Year- New Goals-Fresh Start!
Hello everyone! This year is looking glorious! With a bigger executive team, fresh tutors and awesome volunteers we have quite the plans. This year our Exam- Aid sessions have expended, and the following courses will be officially tutored: ADM1340: Introduction to Financial Accounting PHI1101: Reasoning and Critical Thinking CHM1311: General Chemistry CHM1321: Organic Chemistry I CHM2120: Organic Chemistry II MAT1301/1330: Introduction to Linear Algebra MAT1308: Introduction to Calculus I ANP1105: Anatomy and Physiology II ANP1506: Anatomie et Physiologie II BIO1140: Introduction to Cell Biology Lab Exam Also, our goal this year is about more than twice last years and consists on raising close to 20 000$ for our outreach project. We are very confident that, with the support of the uOttawa student body, we will achieve this in no time. Together, Let’s raise our marks to raise some roofs all while embracing this new beginning!
Sep. 14, 2011 - Success for outreach trip 2011
SOS did it again this summer! Like planned we managed to raise close to 7500 towards our class room building project in Central America. Seven students from Ottawa University got the chances to work on field and help build from scratch that classroom and much more in Costa Rica for 2 weeks. Not only was this an eye opening experience but also a great achievement yet again thanks to the students here at the Ottawa University who attended the tutoring session and hopefully realized that their donation goes for a greater cause!
